Are you facing challenges in your life?
What is Belief Coding®?
“Belief Coding®, developed by Jessica Cunningham, is essentially a sophisticated, integrated approach to personal transformation. It draws from a range of established psychological and therapeutic techniques—psychology, NLP, CBT, EFT, and more—alongside energy-based modalities. The core concept is to access and understand the origins of our subconscious beliefs. This isn’t just about surface-level changes; it’s about addressing the root causes of self-limiting patterns.
As we know, a significant portion of our daily functioning is driven by the subconscious, often operating on autopilot. Many of these foundational beliefs, formed during our formative years, particularly before age seven, profoundly shape our perceptions and behaviors, although we consistently form new beliefs throughout our lives. We are a product of our environment, experiences and the world around us. Belief Coding® offers a practical method to directly modify these deeply ingrained beliefs, facilitating lasting change at a subconscious level, which is where true, sustainable change occurs.”
Think of it this way: You have these hidden beliefs that might be holding you back, like “I’m not good enough”, “I can’t cope” or “I can’t do that.” Belief Coding helps you find those beliefs, get rid of the negative feelings attached to them, and replace them with positive ones. It’s life changing!

I am also in training to become a Next Gen M.E.M®
The Next Gen Mental Health Empowerment Mentor (MEM) Training Programme is a CPD-accredited course designed to train adults to work with children and young people in a non-clinical, non-medical capacity.
The programme focuses on:
- Building emotional awareness and resilience.
- Supporting children to recognise, express, and regulate emotions.
- Mentoring around self-belief, self-esteem, and personal empowerment.
- Providing safe one-to-one or small group sessions using trauma-informed, child-centered approaches.
- Equipping mentors with tools such as communication strategies, reflective questioning, visual resources, and empowerment exercises.
The training is rooted in education and wellbeing, not therapy or counseling. Mentors do not diagnose or treat; they provide supportive, guided mentoring to encourage positive mental health, behaviour navigation, and confidence building.
Age Range of Children & Young People
The MEM Programme supports children and young people typically between ages 5–18 (school-aged).
In some cases, mentors may work with young adults up to age 25, particularly those with SEND (Special Educational Needs & Disabilities) or vulnerable groups.
